Harrison-Croft has in-house design and machining facilities for mould design and production as well as pick-and-place facilities to automatically populate complex circuit boards. PCB designs can be single, two or multi layered as required.

Injection Mould Tool Design
Tool & Part Production.

As you may be aware, the process of producing an actual injection moulded part incurs high costs and undesirable timescales as well as high setup costs with large minimum order quantities.
We have prototyping injection moulding systems in-house that allow us to turn around small quantities of injection moulded parts from a design in as little as 24 hours at low cost.
CNC Milling
Precision Machining.

Our CNC systems are capable of producing 2D and 3D pieces from various mediums down to a resolution of 0.01mm, we are able to produce cases and parts in various materials including plastics and alloys as well as machining injection mould tool inserts as part of a design project or as an individual job.
Low Volume Manufacturing
Getting it out there.

We have dedicated in-house manufacturing facilities for both electronic and mechanical products.
Surface mounted components are populated by our full vision system pick & place machine, we also have an injection moulding machine for low volume runs of small plastic and rubberised parts.
Having manufacturing partners in the far east means that if needed we are able to manage any large scale production requirements, alternatively we are able to provide a direct channel to a suitable manufacturer.
Product Testing
Does your product meet their standards?

We are able to carry out simple manual testing using basic test equipment or design and produce custom testing devices which can perform repeated testing logging all data for in depth analysis, the data can be used in many ways, such as calculating the expected life of a product, or to establish if a product is likely to pass EMC or FCC approvals.
We often provide testing as a basis for a redesign, or consultation on a design to aid product refinement with the client.
We can provide consultation and assistance with approvals, we have developed partnerships with UK approvals companies which allows economic and rapid certification.
Cold Cathode Lighting
Lighting the Way.

We offer a custom Cold Cathode manufacturing service.
Lighting kits or individual tubes can be supplied and fitted to order, and tubes manufactured in almost any shape, size and colour. They can also be dimmable and battery powered for mobile or portable applications, we have supplied systems to illuminate interiors and shop fronts for major banks and retail outlets throughout the country.
